At Sniff the Cook, our mission is simple: to bring joy, health, and heart to the lives of pets and their people—one fresh-baked treat at a time.

We’re a local, women-owned business rooted in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, and built from a deep love for dogs and a passion for real, nourishing food. Since 2012, we’ve been cooking homemade meals and treats for our own pups, driven by a desire to give them the healthiest, happiest lives possible. With over 45 years of retail experience, we knew we wanted to create more than just a pet store—we wanted to build a place that felt like home.

We’ve rebranded as Sniff the Cook, but everything you loved is still here: the same in-house baking, the same real, high-quality ingredients, and the same friendly faces. Our new name gives us more freedom to be creative, community-focused, and deeply personal in how we serve you and your pets.
